A framework for understanding reading fluency
Sleep better knowing that your students will be able to read texts quickly, accurately, and with appropriate expression! Participants will be introduced to a framework for understanding and developing effective practices in oral reading fluency instruction. Learning strategies such as Read Aloud, Shared Reading, and Reader's Theater will be used as vehicles for fluency instruction. Finally, practice will be given in measuring and assessing fluency.
